Over our lifetime we develop deep-seated beliefs, and when those beliefs trigger the compulsion to eat, there is nothing that can stop it. So, the only way to stop the habit/compulsion is to re-wire the belief. Diets dictate how much we can eat but they have no power over our automatic behaviours and cannot stop a compulsion, that's why they are not a solution, in fact over time they exacerbate the issue. Once I understood this principle I knew the solution to my weight struggle needed a change in the way I had been thinking about myself and my life. Frustrated by the lack of ANY available weight loss programs that were not food orientated, I decided to create my own.

I couldn't believe it—I had actually succeeded! I had found a simple way to lose weight without relying on diets.
